We don’t ever use the word ‘retard’ or ‘retarded’. It’s outdated and basically offensive. It is never ok to use in any context. Thank you.
Anyone using this language needs to get in the bin and stay there. This is not one of those things that anyone should be given a first chance with. Language really does matter.
